Primary food that fuels you - relationships, career, spirituality, physical activity, and joy. These are primary foods and they help you live more of a more fulfilled life.
This circle is a comprehensive reflection of the 12 key areas of life that make us human and affect our overall health and wellness. These areas are our primary food. The food that fuels us off our plates.
In our sessions, we will identify where you stand within the 12 areas of life. The closer you are to the center, the lower you rank in that aspect, and the further out you are, the higher you rank. Once you go through all 12 categories, connect the dots! It's a great visual for determining how balanced your life is. It highlights what you prioritize in your life and what needs more attention. Together we work on the areas that you identify need work and then set attainable and realistic goals. Realizing that life is fluid and where you fall in each area will change over time. Sometimes all it takes is some thought and reflection on your own life. How balanced is your circle of life?
